At Edikted UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that certain items like jewelry and intimates are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and UK postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print your prepaid Royal Mail return shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your parcel to any local Post Office branch or designated drop-off point, ensuring you keep your proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
